Boostrify (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the platform available at https://boostrify.pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
Business information: WhatsApp numbers, Facebook Page IDs, and access tokens you connect to our platform.
Message data: customer messages received through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM, processed solely to provide automated AI replies on your behalf.
Usage data: how you interact with our dashboard and services.

2. How We Use Facebook and Messenger Data

Boostrify integrates with the Facebook Messenger API to allow businesses to automate customer conversations. Specifically:

We use pages_messaging to receive incoming messages from customers on your Facebook Page and send automated AI-generated replies on your behalf.
We use pages_manage_metadata to subscribe your Page to our webhook and receive real-time message notifications.
We use pages_read_engagement to read public page content and conversation metadata.
We use pages_show_list to display the list of Facebook Pages you manage so you can connect them to our platform.

We do not use Facebook data for advertising purposes. We do not sell or share your Facebook data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. Facebook Page Access Tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to communicate with the Messenger API on your behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for Messenger and Instagram DM automation.
Google Gemini AI — for generating automated replies.
OpenAI — optional AI provider for generating replies.

6. User Rights

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Disconnect your Facebook Pages from our platform at any time.
Export your data.

7. Facebook Data Deletion

If you disconnect your Facebook Page from Boostrify or delete your account, we will delete all associated Facebook data including access tokens and message history within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at admin@boostrify.pro.
